Cleanser/Toner for less than £1!

Wilkos have a brand called Skin Therapy and they do a range of skincare including scrubs, lotions, toners etc. I recently bought the 2 in 1 Cleanser Toner and it has done wonders for my skin! I'm definitely looking into buying more from their line next time I'm in my local Wilkos and for less than £1 what is there to lose!

My Halloween Make Up

Last night I went out for Halloween and did a simple Day Of The Dead Girl outfit. Heres my makeup and Im not gonna lie...it took me about an hour to scrub my face clean before bed! But totally worth it :)

Primark Nail Polish

If you guys didn't already know, Primark do 4 nail polishes for £2! I am obsessed with them, i have well over 30 of them in my collection now. They are small bottles but they dry very quick and have amazing on trend colours ranging from metallic to glitter to bog standard colours! I always end up buying a new set everytime they bring out new colours. Perfect for nail polish addicts :)

The Body Shop Sale

I was in town today and popped into The Body Shop to have a look at their sale items and I picked up the Hemp Moisturising Wash as it was on sale for £2 from £6! It says its for very dry skin so I'm hoping it helps with me as I suffer from eczema especially in the colder months. I will post a review in the next few days after I've used it a couple of times :)
If you are looking for cheap bargains then deffo pop in to your local store.

LUSH Haul

So about a week ago I ventured into Lush and thought I'd pick a few new bits to try and I ended up choosing Vanilla Puff Dusting Powder, Grease Lightning Spot Treatment, Tea Tree Water Toner and the Vanillary Solid Perfume. I have had the solid perfume before and i fell absolutely in love with it. I have always had a thing for vanilla scents and this one is perfect and I now always carry it with me everywhere I go. I had heard that the Vanilla Puff Dusting Powder has the same scent as Vanillary so when I saw it in store I knew I had to have it. I dust my body down with it after having a bath and it leaves my skin silky smooth and the scent lasts a good few hours.
I was recommended the Tea Tree Water and Grease Lighting as I suffer with terrible acne and my combination/oily skin can be hard to control sometimes. I have been using these everyday for a week now and have definitely seen a slight improvement. Its always nice to find new face products that actually work with controlling my breakouts.
All 4 products cost me just over £20 - a definite bargain if you ask me!

Vanillary Solid Perfume, £6.50
Grease Lightning Spot Gel (45g), £5.95
Tea Tree Water Toner(100g), £3.95
Vanilla Puff Dusting Powder (50g), £4.50

What's Currently In My Make Up Bag

If you are like me then you will constantly be changing what's in your make up bag weekly or even daily depending on what the situation is. For me personally I like to change the contents of my make up bag every few days so that I get use of all my products and I like to have a change. My make up bag is always in my handbag when I go out whether it be going to a friends house for a few hours or going to work.
I currently have a week off from work and I am staying at my boyfriends for a few days so this is what I have bought with me :)

Make Up Bag
My make up bag is a black pleather material and it has a studded bow detail on the front and there are 2 zipped compartments. £3, Primark.

Foundation
My foundation is the 'Perfect Finish Air Whipped Foundation' by Collection 2000 (Now Collection) in the shade 'Ivory 2'. £4.99, Boots.

Powder
My Pressed Powder is also from Collection 2000 and is in the shade '18 Ivory'. £1.99, Superdrug.

Concealer
I use the 'Complete Coverage Concealer' Palette from e.l.f in the shade 'light'. £3.75, eyeslipsface.co.uk

Blusher
I am currently using a Sleek blush in the shade 'Flushed' (plum color) Perfect for Autumn. £4.29, Superdrug.

Eyebrow Kit
I recently bought the MUA Professional Eyebrow Kit and have fallen in love with it. It has 3 brow powders and a gel and also comes with a double ended brow brush and mini tweezers! £3, Superdrug.

Make Up Palette

I got this makeup palette on Ebay a few weeks ago and its a brand called 'DANNI Professional Make Up' The reason I got it is because I was so sick of carrying large eye shadow palettes around in my bag or loads of single eye shadows so I was browsing Ebay one day and saw this. I cannot remember how much it cost me exactly but it was less than £5 altogether and it is really handy as it comes with blushes, brow powder, lip glosses, loads of eye shadows and even a little mirror and it's so compact! Less than £5, Ebay.

e.l.f Under Eye Concealer & Highlighter
This is a great brightening under eye concealer and the highlighter can also be used as a primer on the lid before shadows. Mine is in the color 'glow/fair'. £3.75, eyeslipsface.co.uk

Mascara
The writing has rubbed off mine but from what I can remember it is the Maybelline Colossal Mascara in Black. £7.19, Superdrug.

Eye Primer
I am in love with the e.l.f essentials eyelid primer, it makes my shadows last hours on end especially seeing as I have real trouble with eye make up sliding down my face as soon as it gets a bit warm. Mine is in the shade 'sheer'. £1.50, eyeslipsface.co.uk

Brushes
I also got this mini travel set of Ecotools brushes off ebay a while back. I cannot remember exactly how much they were but I know they were less than £5 and they come in a little carry case too. Less than £5, Ebay.

Eyeliner

This is another one of my Ebay findings from a while back. You get a set of 12 and they are all different colors. They can be used on the eyes or the lips and I have got on really well with them. These were also less than £5 off Ebay.

The Hello Kitty Mirror was gifted and the mini Benefit High Beam was from a Miniatures set I got ages ago so unfortunately I cannot tell you how much these products where.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and as I said I am always changing up what's in my makeup bag so you can expect a few more of these from time to time :)

REVIEW: MUA Professional Brow Kit

Afternoon Everyone.

Today I want to tell you all about the new(ish) Brow Kit by MUA.

It has taken me a good few weeks to find this in the shops and I know a few other people had trouble waiting for it to come in stock at their local Superdrug stores. I have 3 local Superdrugs in my city and I was constantly checking up in them for about 3 weeks until this little beauty was finally available. For only £3 (was £3.50 but Superdrug had a 50p off offer) I was desperate to try this kit as you will all get to learn soon enough that I am terrible with my money, if I know I can get practically the same thing for cheaper somewhere else then I will. For a long time I was debating the Sleek Brow Kit but I never pushed myself to actually buy it and when I heard about MUA's Bargain of a release I just knew it had to be mine.
I have been using this for about a week now and I must say I am in love with it! Although I have no other kits to compare it too I do think that it is amazing value for money. My brows have stayed on perfectly all day and I haven't had to re-apply. The packaging is quite sturdy and sleek and perfect size for any makeup bag or handbag. The kit comes with 3 shades of powder, a gel, a double ended brush and a pair of mini tweezers (so cute!!) I personally use the darkest shade because my eyebrows are practically non existent and I have very dark colored hair (dyed of course). They say that the lightest shade is for highlighting but I personally believe that this would be suitable for lighter hair colors as it is quite a dark shade for a highlight.

So girls, if you're looking for a cheap alternative to the Sleek/Benefit/Bobbi Brown brow kits this is the one for you!!

Hello Everyone!!

Hi everyone :)
I have decided to make a beauty blog to satisfy my passion for cosmetics, beauty and all things pretty! I love trying out loads of different products and I am always on the hunt to try new things and I decided this would be a good way to write down my own opinions and thoughts on my purchases. I am very new to all this but have been following blogs and watching Youtubers for years so I thought I would give this a go :)
Many Thanks and stay tuned!!
